Accounts
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell support if you notice unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, disrupt its operation, bypass quotas or security controls, upload malicious material, or use content without the necessary rights.
Product output
Transcriptions, translations, and AI-assisted output may contain errors. Review results before relying on them, especially for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Your content
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to process it and provide the requested product function.
Plans and payment
Paid VGLOT features depend on the plan displayed at checkout. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment processing are subject to the checkout terms and applicable law.
Availability
Products are provided as available and may change, pause, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every output fits every purpose.
Suspension
