What this policy covers
This policy explains how Knoveya handles data for the Content Idea Validator landing page, workspace and related sign-in flow. The workspace uses the shared Knoveya account service.
Data we process
For Google sign-in, we process your Google account identifier and email, account records and session information. We also process the idea, selected origin and optional audience that you submit, the resulting diagnosis, saved versions and timestamps.
Usage and quota records, essential security and operational logs, and messages you send to support help us operate and protect the service. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information, secrets or confidential material.
When your idea goes to OpenAI
When you request analysis, your idea, selected origin and optional audience are sent to OpenAI to generate a diagnosis. We do not send your full History or account email as part of the analysis payload. The landing GIF is a recorded example and does not submit an idea for analysis.
We disable OpenAI response storage for these requests. That does not guarantee zero provider retention: provider data controls and retention policies still apply. See OpenAI’s API data controls for details.
History, retention and deletion
Successful analyses automatically save your input and diagnosis to your account. Revisions create immutable versions within the same validation. History is private to your account and is kept until you delete the validation and all its versions.
Deletion removes the group and its versions from the active database. It does not reset usage counters or erase data already processed by OpenAI. Backup copies may remain until they expire under the applicable backup retention schedule; deleting a record is not an instant purge of every backup.
Signing out clears the displayed workspace session; it does not delete saved History. Drafts and diagnoses are not stored by the workspace in browser local storage or session storage. Keep a separate copy of content you need to retain.
Providers and processing
Google provides sign-in, OpenAI provides analysis, and infrastructure providers support hosting, database storage, sessions and security. They process the data needed to deliver those functions under their applicable terms and policies. Data may be processed outside your country.
Security
We use account authorization, protected sessions and restricted data access. The workspace shows saved validations only to their account owner. Logging is designed to redact private ideas, audience descriptions and diagnoses rather than record raw provider content.
No internet service is completely secure. Protect your device and Google account, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your requests
Deletion controls are temporarily unavailable in the interface. For validation or account data access, correction or deletion requests, contact support@knoveya.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where required for security or applicable law.
