    Before contacting us

    Confirm that you are on a public youtube.com/watch page, Chrome is version 116 or newer, the tab is not muted, and you pressed Start captions in the extension popup.

    Caption accuracy

    Results vary with the speaker, language, background noise, and source audio. Select a source language when automatic detection is not reliable.
